With a proven track record of saving over $10 million in sourcing fees and improving EBITDA for multiple business units, David has led large-scale recruitment programs for global powerhouses including IBM, Delta Air Lines, Amazon, and GM Financial.
Most recently, he served as Manager of Sourcing Services at DHI Group (Dice & ClearanceJobs), where he built and led a high-performing global recruitment team, scaling service delivery, boosting client retention, and increasing revenue by 400%. Prior to that, he held progressively senior roles at CareerBuilder, where he spearheaded full-cycle hiring solutions, implemented scalable RPO models, and led teams through high-growth transformations, overseeing budgets in excess of $9 million and managing talent programs for over 1,500 clients.
David specializes in remote team leadership, high-volume recruiting, and strategic workforce planning. His experience spans full-desk recruiting, vendor management, ATS implementation, and employer branding.
